Specifications
Framing
The timber frame is built in two layers; the inner, like a house frame, the outer, like a bridge frame. These are glued and screwed (rather than nailed) together to form a rigid, fully braced structure. Despite space constraints, we have made sure to maintain the batten cavity ensuring breathability, ventilation, and water management behind the cladding.
Insulation
We use increased density acoustic insulation for warmth and sound insulation—R2.0 in the walls and an impressive R5.0 in the ceiling. The internal spaces are thermally separated from the trailer frame and the underfloor is insulated with R1.4 insulation to keep your feet warm.

Heating and cooling
Ample to keep you comfortable year round. All electric.
(Extra) Low-VOC
We use very low-VOC materials, sealers and finishes throughout so your home is a healthy place to be, and smells pleasant—if not a bit timber and beeswax-y—from the beginning.
Poplar Eply
Our ‘PanguaPureGlue Poplar Eply’ ply is super lightweight, yet strong; and is held together by a special soy-based non-toxic glue that makes it the perfect internal lining ply.
